1. SMS Messaging Terms
By using MorphETIX Inc. services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us. The following terms govern our SMS communications with you.
1.1 Program Description
MorphETIX Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects regarding our marketing, automation, and growth services. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, promotional content, and business communications relevant to your engagement with us.
1.2 Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
1.3 Support

1.4 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1.5 Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
1.6 Supported Carriers
For all questions about the services provided by this short code, you can send an email to growth@morphetix.com.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carrier support is subject to change without notice.
1.7 Age Restriction
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
SMS Data Protection Statement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
2. General Terms

The prevailing party shall be entitled to additional arbitration fees as may be determined by the arbitrator.
